More about Us...

We are Tim and Jen Lounsberry.  We have been married since 2012 and for 9 years it was us and our energetic yorkipoo Izzy.  After years of trying to have children of our own, including the stressful and emotional journey in fertility treatments we decided to look into becoming foster parents.  We became licensed in 2021 and opened our home to take placements that summer While we believe in the process of reunification, we have also been open for adoption.  Through our story we know many we meet and who already know us have thought about fostering, but just don't know enough about the process to take that step.  We are open to share our story...all the good parts and all the hard parts.  If you have questions and want to to chat with me feel free to send me a message and I am always willing to talk about the child welfare system and a world we never knew about before.
